If you cancel up to 24 hours in advance of your designated drop off time a $25 US fee will be assessed. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your drop off time, a $110 US fee fee will be assessed. Any cancellation after the drop off will required to pay the full amount. The drop off time is used for route running and billing purposes for FLOz, and is not a guaranteed drop off time. If you need it at a specific time we recommend you have the rental dropped off the day prior with your rental agreement you choose. The time we ask for is used for route running and billing not the customer. Any damage done to any rental will be assessed only by FLOz and will be determined whether or not you owe the full replacement cost of the unit from the rental supply dealer and delivery charge. Any hazardous material in the restroom will be assessed a charge determined by FLOz. These rules safeguard FLOz from bad customers call or email with any questions. FLOz holds the right to cancel any order.
